REFUND POLICY

SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

In circumstances where payments have been made to Expat Solutions DMCC prior to the commencement of services you may request a refund by contacting our Dubai office, contacting your tax contact or via email to info@expatustax.com. Please state your reasons for the refund request. Requests for refunds must be received no less than 7 days prior to the commencement of services.

Refunds are processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

In circumstances where advance payments and deposits have been made to Expat Solutions DMCC prior to or during the agreed services you may request a refund by contacting our Dubai office, contacting your tax contact or via email to info@expatustax.com. Please state your reasons for the refund request. Requests for refunds must be received no less than 7 days prior to the commencement of services.

Expat Solutions DMCC reserves the right to reduce refund values where agreed services have been partially provided and the refund request is not due to the performance of Expat Solutions DMCC.

Refunds are processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

SERVICES PROVIDED IN FULL

For taxation services already provided in full by Expat Solutions DMCC, including but not limited to filed tax returns, Advisory services and Data Gathering interviews refunds are only considered when requests are received in writing, addressed to the tax contact and posted to Office 501, Jumeirah Bay X2, Cluster X Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE. Such requests must be received within 30 days upon the completion of services from Expat Solutions DMCC.

Expat Solutions DMCC reserves the right to reduce refund values up to 100% where agreed services have been completely provided and the refund request is not due to the performance of Expat Solutions DMCC.

Refunds are processed within 7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel payments and orders for services not supplied within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
